The Landing is located at 2077 Garibaldi Way, at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Nordic. It will feature 14 price-restricted 3-bedroom townhomes as part of a 20-residence development. The rest of the six townhomes will be sold at market prices. The 3-level townhome features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a balcony, storage space, in-home laundry and a single-car garage.
These three-bedroom townhouses range from 1,370 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft and will be priced from $800,000.
WHA said in a release that these townhomes are conveniently located and offer homeownership to qualified WHA Ownership Waitlist members. 111630 BC Ltd., represented by Mountain Country Property Management Ltd., is building and selling these townhomes to the Whistler Housing Authority Ownership Waitlist.
New Waitlist Positions Available to Permanent Residency Applicants
Whistler Housing Authority is also excited to introduce a new pilot project granting access to the WHA Employee Housing Waitlists for qualified Whistler employees on the path to Permanent Residency in Canada. This initiative aims to reduce housing wait times for Whistler’s existing and dedicated workforce, fostering housing stability and affordability for employees who are seeking to make Whistler the place to call their long-term home. WHA Waitlist Applications under this pilot project will be considered in June 2024.
