The BC Wildfire Service is responding to two high-visibility fires in the Pemberton Zone, including a fire that was discovered on September 15.
In a new bulletin, the Coastal Fire Service said it’s expected that the fires will show smoke and fire activity but are not threatening any homes or structures and are burning in steep terrain. Crews are assessing the fires, which are out of control, which means a wildfire that is out of control and not responding to supression efforts.
Sockeye Creek
